Entering 2010, the the momentum of international economic situation improved China\'s economic rebound are significantly, the export situation of textile production turn to optimistic, cotton demand increased, the cotton price gap between domestic and overseas becomes narrow, cotton market was up in stable .

For the moment, textile demand is the main factor affecting the cotton market. The high price of cotton yarn can support the current high cotton price, but the fabric, clothing and other products support decrease, the export situation is subject to uncertainties.

China Cotton Association remind the enterprises to analysis the situation comprehensive, concern about the textile development, and recommend that the concerned parties research releaseing additional quota or not according to the market change.
